We’re an independent provider of home health services based in Texas. Headquartered in Arlington, we provide services throughout the state of Texas to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who meet Medicaid requirements and have been deemed eligible to receive services and supports by Texas Health and Human Services.
Serving individuals of all ages including children and adults, we offer Home and Community-Based Services where we provide 24/7 nursing services and daily self-care activities. We contract with licensed professionals of individuals’ choice for other health services including specialized therapies, Dental, Social work & behavioral services. We also offer Day Habilitation up to 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday where we provide a full range of training and day activities services.
We work closely with each client to ensure that we can provide them with client-centered services that are designed uniquely according to their needs. We understand that all of our clients have different circumstances and care requirements, and we do our best to meet these needs accordingly.
Because we’re passionate about what we do, we’re constantly striving to help our clients reach their full potentials. we offer free social activities including Zoo Excursions, Bowling, Museum. We also offer a variety of fun programs, including Arts & Crafts, Music & Relaxation, and lifelong learning activities to help them increase their social and motor skills.
