Access Care of America is a provider of Home and Community-Based Services (HCS). We are authorized by Texas Health and Human Services to provide HCS throughout East Texas to individuals of all ages including children and adults. Our services include residential or group home with 3 to 4 people of the same abilities, supported home living, and foster care.
